If you use KarLink every day, this latest update is all about making things feel smoother, cleaner, and easier to work with.
Some changes are big, some are small, but they all have the same goal: helping you get through the day with less friction.
A Better PDF Experience
One of the biggest improvements in this update is the new PDF experience for Service Reqs.
We’ve made the PDF flow more useful and more convenient, especially when you need to review or share request details. It’s a cleaner experience overall, and it should make working with request documents feel a lot more straightforward.
For anyone who regularly prints, reviews, or sends out request information, this is one of those updates that should be noticeable right away.

A Smoother Way to Add Parts
We also spent time improving the add-parts flow.
This part of the app should now feel more natural, with fewer interruptions and less bouncing around while you’re entering parts information. The goal here was simple: make adding parts feel faster and less annoying.
If you’re in requests all day, small workflow changes like this can make a big difference.
Text Resizer for Easier Reading
Another small but useful update is the new text resizer in the notifications area.
Not everyone likes reading the same size text, and depending on the screen you’re using, a little flexibility goes a long way. This gives users a simple way to make notifications easier to read without changing the rest of the app.
It’s a small feature, but a helpful one.

UI Improvements That Clean Things Up
We also made a number of general UI improvements across KarLink.
Some screens have been cleaned up, some layout issues were fixed, and a few rough edges were smoothed out. Nothing overly flashy, just solid improvements that help the app feel more polished and easier to move through.
That’s really the idea behind a lot of this release. Not change for the sake of change, but improvements that make KarLink feel better to use.
Bug Fixes That Help Everyday Work
This update also includes a round of bug fixes aimed at making everyday tasks more reliable.
We fixed a number of issues that could get in the way of normal navigation or cause parts of the interface to behave inconsistently. These kinds of fixes are not always the most exciting to talk about, but they matter. A more stable app means fewer interruptions during the day.
And honestly, some of the best updates are the ones you barely notice because things are just working the way they should.
New Policy Pages
We’ve also added new policy and legal pages, including updated privacy and terms information.
These pages are there to make important information easier to find and easier to understand. It’s an important step in keeping KarLink clear, up to date, and transparent for both users and customers.
Coming Soon: Temporary Customer Req Sharing
One feature we’re excited about is a new temporary customer share option for request views.
This will make it easier to share request information in a simple, limited-view format when needed. It’s currently hidden while final messaging approval is being completed, but it’s on the way and we’re looking forward to rolling it out soon.
Wrapping Up
This update is really about improving the day-to-day KarLink experience.
From better PDFs and a smoother add-parts flow to easier reading, UI cleanup, bug fixes, and upcoming sharing tools, these changes are meant to make the app more comfortable and more useful for the people using it every day.
More updates are on the way, and we’ll keep focusing on improvements that make a real difference where it counts.
